PARTNER
Participating in mock trials in elementary school was when Connor Barbe first became interested in law, and he knew entering college that he would go to law school. Before law school, he worked at an East Texas Personal Injury Firm, where he attended a week-long arbitration that sparked his passion for working on behalf of personal injury clients. He has since been a personal injury attorney his entire legal career.
Barbe graduated from University of Arkansas with Phi Beta Kappa honors with his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a minor in history. He then graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law, participating in both on and off campus mock trials.
Born and raised in Longview, Barbe married his law school sweetheart Kathleen. They have a Bernese Mountain dog named Luka who takes up much of their time, but in his spare time he loves being with family and friends, on the golf course, or hunting.
Barbe is licensed to practice in all state courts in Texas, the Eastern District of Texas-Federal, and all state courts in New Mexico. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Young Lawyers Association-for which he serves on the board for trial skills as well as the judiciary committee, the Smith County Bar Association, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
